Green revolution is certainly “in” and it is the biggest thing nowadays, though some are doubtful that this will last. Some are looking at the green revolution as just a fad that will also fade in time. But the indicators do not agree, since more and more people are doing conscious efforts to go green. Even if it were a fad, it will still be an improvement to the present state of the environment. The more informed people there are, the greater the chances are for improving the environment. Even if some of them are just faking their concern for the environment, so long as they are doing some good deeds then that will be fine. Going green is as much an image branding thing as it is an advocacy. Some people take it to the extreme and resort to wearing green stuff all the time. They will wear green jackets, green shades, green cufflinks, even green nail color! There is nothing wrong with this, especially since green cufflinks come in beautiful pairs like the Bold Olive Cufflinks, which are great alternatives to designer cufflinks. There is also nothing wrong with wearing green items from head to toe, as long as they are not doing something harmful to the environment. The world does not need very staunch advocates only, it needs everyone and everybody to do their little part towards improvement.
