My Granddad has everything you could possibly need. He is the kind of gent who goes to car boot sales and comes back with all sorts of treasures. He once even came back with a car! He is, what you might like to call, a hoarder. He collects everything because “you never know when you might need it”.

My Granddad’s favorite things to collect are cufflinks. He has hundreds of them. Big ones, small ones, red ones, green ones, ones with cars on, ones with bikes on, some are silver, some are gold, and some are even engraved! So I decided when his birthday came round that instead of buying him yet another pair of cufflinks like everyone else does I bought him an 8 Pair Distinguished cufflink box. It held 8 pairs so he could pick his favorites and display them. The best bit was that the cufflink box had a glass lid so you didn’t even have to open it to see what is inside. He put in his 8 best pairs. His cufflinks from my Gran that she gave him for their 50^th wedding anniversary, the cufflinks that he wore for his wedding, his RAF cufflinks, a silver pair that were engraved for him on his 60^th birthday and four other pairs that happened to be his favorite out of all the sets he had collected.

So now whenever anyone goes round to their house he shows off his favorite cufflinks and retells everyone the stories that go with them.
