Cufflinks fit for a King!

Why is everybody fascinated by kings and queens, princes and princesses, and royalties in general? It’s because it is the last link to a fairytale story that everyone knew growing up. Today’s kings and queens, though not much different from celebrities, politicians and super rich tycoons, still bear with them that extra pomp that is provided by their legal titles. The concept of royalty has given birth to many novelty stuff, including fashion items. The tiara is now a common enough hair accessory, while king cufflinks can be seen worn by many to different events. Crafted as gold cufflinks, these traditional cufflinks add just the right amount of bling to a plain shirt. The scepter has yet to make its debut on the runway and on the streets, but the cape has had its share of glory. Whether this is because superheroes wear capes, too, the world will never know. What is evident is that there are some courageous people who have taken a leap and made capes fashionable and trendy. Perhaps the most glaring example of royalty fashion is none other than the King himself, Elvis Presley. He saw the allure royalty has in store, and stood out in a sea of many performers by his outrageous costumes. Up to this day, nothing has ever beaten him when it comes to fashion and style. Many have tried, but not a lot has succeeded. Nowadays performers don’t go to that extreme when it comes to dressing up, and royalty garbs are reserved for extra special performances. Just another proof that kings and queens still rule.
